Finance Renewal and Retention Specialist

Our client, a leading car dealership group, is seeking a skilled Finance Renewal and Retention Specialist to join their Sales department. This exciting opportunity will involve working closely with the Sales Manager to identify and contact customers whose finance agreements are due to expire.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contact customers by telephone to book appointments for sales staff
  • Identify potential renewal customers from daily lists of customers due for service
  • Calculate finance payments for customers
  • Review appointments with sales staff
  • Follow up with customers after appointments
  • Provide reports and analysis of appointments and sales to the management team
  • Support the Transaction Manager as needed

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role as a Car Finance Renewal Specialist
  • Proficiency in computer systems to build customer quotes, track performance, and email customers
