Construction Estimator Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Construction Estimator to join our clients expanding team at PWM UK Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for compiling scopes of work, tendering, and estimating costs for non-residential projects.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Compile Scopes of Work from client briefs and documentation
  • Manage all aspects of tendering, including sending packages to subcontractors
  • Estimate costs for projects up to £5m
  • Present clear handovers to commercial and operational stakeholders
Requirements:
  • Experience in take-offs and measurements
  • Main Contractor experience preferred
  • Construction Industry Qualification or Site/Trade experience
  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Experience with Estimating software (Causeway preferred) and Excel
  • Minimum of 4 years UK Estimating experience
  • Current and clean driving license
