Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled CNC Programmer to join our team based in the UK. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing precise 3-axis CNC programs using VCarve software from full CAD drawings to hand sketches.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Programming: Develop and implement CNC programs for various materials, including MDF and plastics.
  • Technical Documentation: Create comprehensive supporting documentation from 2D drawings and 3D models.
  • Shop Floor Collaboration: Work closely with our shop floor team to prove and optimize programs.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency and reduce scrap.
  • Estimating Support: Assist with cutting time estimates using your expertise.
  • Technical Assistance: Provide shop floor support as needed.

Requirements:

  • Highly skilled in CNC programming and operation.
  • Ability to work independently and under own initiative.
  • Strong attention to detail and professionalism.
  • Experience in machining different types of materials.
  • Ability to understand drawings with close tolerances.

What We Offer:
