**Job Overview**
Blom and Blom is seeking an experienced and dedicated Nursery Manager to lead our private children's day nursery in Waterlooville. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning and development of the nursery setting.
**Your Role**
- Oversee the daily operations of the nursery, ensuring a safe, caring, and stimulating environment for children.
- Promote high-quality childcare practices and support staff development.
- Liaise with local authorities and other professionals associated with the nursery.
**Requirements**
- Minimum level 3 qualification in Childcare, such as EYE, NVQ, NNEB, CACHE, or recognized equivalent.
- Minimum 18 months' experience in nursery management.
- Up-to-date knowledge of the EYFS framework and regulations.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Ofsted standards and requirements.
**What We Offer**
