Client Money Administration Assistant

We are seeking a Client Money Administration Assistant to join our team at the Howden Group. The successful candidate will support the day-to-day management of client money processes and ensure compliance with FCA regulations.
The estimated salary for this part-time role is around £42,000 per annum, depending on experience. As a Client Money Administration Assistant, you will work closely with senior team members to maintain operational efficiency and assist with audits.
You will be involved in the administration of client money, ensuring regulatory compliance, and providing valuable support to the Client Money Manager in driving improvements to processes and ensuring operational accuracy.
About the Role:
- Administration of client money in line with FCA requirements (CASS5).
- Production and distribution of Client Money Management Information (MI) to internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Holds or is working towards an accountancy qualification (e.g., AAT, ACCA, CIMA).
- Experience in client money management or a finance-related role within the insurance sector is preferred.
