Job Overview
Murray McIntosh Associates Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Senior PCB Design Engineer to join their team on a contract basis. This role will involve designing and testing multi-layer PCB boards, developing PCBs to control motor drives, and working with RFID & NFC chips.

About the Role
This is a great opportunity for an experienced electronics design engineer to work with a well-established company in the industry. As a Senior PCB Design Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and testing electronic hardware, developing new technologies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and test multi-layer PCB boards
- Develop PCBs to control motor drives
- Work with RFID & NFC chips (advantageous)
- Use Altium software preferred
- Cable loom & wiring harness design experience - use of Rapid Harness advantageous
- Experience with robotics, kinematics or special purpose machinery desired
- Highly regulated industry experience (Medical or aerospace etc) advantageous

Requirements
- Previous experience designing & testing multi-layer PCB boards
- Altium experience preferred
- Cable loom & wiring harness design experience - use of Rapid Harness advantageous
- Experience of robotics, kinematics or special purpose machinery (desired)
- Highly regulated industry experience (Medical or aerospace etc) advantageous
