Job Summary
We're looking for a talented Team Development Lead to join our team. As a key member of the store leadership team, you'll be responsible for developing and supporting your team to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth. You'll manage resources effectively, lead by example on safety and customer service, and encourage innovation and continuous improvement.
