Trainee Residential Surveyor Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Trainee Residential Surveyor. As a Trainee, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of our company and developing your skills in residential surveying and valuation.

About the Role

As a Trainee Residential Surveyor, you will be responsible for assisting experienced surveyors in conducting property valuations and surveys. You will gain hands-on experience in residential surveying and valuation, working with a wide range of property types and scenarios.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist experienced surveyors in conducting property valuations and surveys
  • Gain hands-on experience in residential surveying and valuation
  • Develop skills in property risk assessment and management
  • Work with a wide range of property types and scenarios
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need to meet the following requirements:

  • Eligibility for the 1-year route to AssocRICS accreditation
  • Strong base knowledge of Residential Building Pathology
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team and build effective working relationships
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, initiative, and a proactive approach
