The Senior Principal Biostatistician in Early Development plays a key role in driving statistical innovation and excellence across assigned trials. Collaborating closely with the clinical trial team, this expert is responsible for all statistical work, scientific and operational.

Job Summary

Responsibilities
  • Develop protocol plans in alignment with development goals.
  • Design and execute statistical analysis plans and reporting activities.
  • Contribute to exploratory analyses and innovative analyses related to publications, PK, PK/PD analyses, and statistical consultation.
  • Interpret analysis results and provide statistical expertise to support clinical pharmacology submission activities and documents.
  • Promote innovative designs and methods to optimize dose finding and drug development.

Requirements:

  • M.S. Statistics or Ph.D. (in Statistics or equivalent) with 10+ years' experience or 6+ years' experience.
  • Fluent English communication and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated expertise in statistical software packages (e.g., SAS, R).
  • Strong understanding of early development principles.

Estimated Salary: £120,000 - £180,000 per annum
