About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Tax Semi Senior to join our team in Taunton. As a Tax Semi Senior, you will be responsible for assisting in the preparation of tax returns for individuals, partnerships, and companies, as well as supporting the tax team with tax planning and advisory projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the preparation of tax returns for individuals, partnerships, and companies
  • Support the tax team with tax planning and advisory projects
  • Ensure tax compliance deadlines are met and manage client communication
  • Provide support on personal and corporate tax issues, offering tailored solutions to clients
  • Review and analyse financial information to ensure accurate tax calculations
  • Liaise with HMRC and handle client queries related to tax matters
  • Contribute to the development of junior staff through guidance and support

Requirements
  • ACA or ACCA part-qualified, with a strong background in tax compliance
  • Experience in preparing tax returns and handling tax queries for individuals and businesses
