Job Summary

A seasoned professional is required to oversee a complex divestiture project for a leading company, Undisclosed. The ideal candidate will possess excellent project management skills, with experience in executing requirements gathering and design, project planning, resource allocation, and project or program delivery aligned with best practices and company policies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage relationships with key stakeholder groups, including project sponsors, executives, IT leaders, and sub-functions within IT, and present recommendations for decisions.
  • Perform budgeting, planning, scheduling, and financial management to ensure project success.
  • Oversee resource allocation and actuals, such as spending and labor, and orchestrate the work of the entire project team.
  • Prepare presentations, plans, and project artifacts to communicate IT project information and facilitate constructive meetings.
  • Guide and support communications and organizational change management to ensure effective change.
  • Collaborate with IT service transition colleagues, user representatives, business process owners, and others to ensure seamless change.

Requirements

  • Proficient in project management tools, such as MS Project, or similar project tools.
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office and web browsers.
  • Knowledgeable about SAP and software development lifecycle (SDLC) processes.
  • Proven experience working with matrix-managed and remote teams.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to deal with IT and business colleagues and suppliers at all levels.
  • Attention to detail, self-starting, and strong focus on completing tasks.
  • Able to effectively deal with difficult stakeholders and navigate complex environments.
