This 10-week internship program is designed to build a strong foundation in technical acumen, leadership impact, conceptual thinking, and knowledge of Vanguard's systems, platforms, products, and services.

The opportunity is open to penultimate year students and final year students who want to gain hands-on experience in the IT division. As part of the program, you will learn how technology supports company initiatives and develop an understanding of Vanguard's advanced platforms that serve the interests of our clients globally.

With a focus on innovation and doing things differently, we encourage candidates to apply who have a passion for tech and finance. The programme includes formalised training curriculum, one-on-one coaching, and development with program leaders and rotation managers. You'll be part of a community of graduates working with seasoned professionals to gain exposure to diverse assignments and departments.

As a participant, you'll have the opportunity to define goals for a future IT position at Vanguard and work with business and clients to create exciting solutions that will help shape our future. We're looking for individuals who have strong technical foundations and aptitudes, analytical skills, and demonstrated leadership ability.
