Construction Handyman

We're looking for a highly skilled Finisher/Snagger to join our team in Louth and contribute to delivering exceptional construction projects.

This is a temporary full-time opportunity offering a competitive salary of £41,400 per annum. As a Finisher/Snagger, you'll be responsible for overseeing all aspects of finish and quality, including Paint and Decorating, Patching, Snagging, Sealing and Caulking, General Handyman Duties, Customer Care Works, and Minor joinery works.

1. Manage Quality Control Processes: Develop and implement strategies for maintaining high-quality finishes and meeting customer expectations
2. Ensure Compliance with Regulations: Stay up-to-date with industry standards and regulations regarding construction practices
3. Maintain Tools and Equipment: Ensure own tools and equipment are in good working order and maintained according to manufacturer instructions
4. Train and Guide Junior Staff: Provide guidance and support to junior staff members to help them develop their skills and knowledge

• Hold a valid CSCS card
• Have previous experience in a similar role or trade
• Be able to provide a checkable reference from a previous employer
