The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience working in the asset management industry or a similar data-driven regulatory reporting role.

We are looking for someone with exceptional stakeholder management skills, proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word, and fluency in English. Knowledge of German or French is a plus.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting and reviewing daily shareholder monitoring, data validation, and filing preparation for ISH reporting obligations.
  • Ensuring accurate and complete disclosure submissions within prescribed internal and external regulatory deadlines.
  • Interpreting legal guidance and regulatory changes across various jurisdictions.
  • Preparing analytical findings for further review with key stakeholders.

You will be part of a strong team within the Business and Regulatory Compliance function and collaborate closely with portfolio managers, IT functions, Operations, and other Legal & Compliance stakeholders.
