Clinical Specialist in Obstetric Anaesthesia

University Hospitals Sussex NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an outstanding substantive consultant with an interest in Obstetric Anaesthesia to join our team of general anaesthetists. The successful applicant will have the opportunity to hone and expand their clinical skills in addition to developing services within our trust and partner organisations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in a dedicated on-call rota for general and obstetrics that covers our two hospital sites.
- Contribute to the teaching of both undergraduates and postgraduates, with evidence of active participation in teaching.
- Develop and lead service development and quality improvement projects, with opportunities to expand our services and improve patient care.
- Work collaboratively with our team of general anaesthetists to provide high-quality care to our patients.
