Job Title: Heavy Goods Vehicle Technician Lead

Location: Southampton District

We are looking for a skilled Heavy Goods Vehicle Technician Lead to work in the Southampton district.

The successful candidate will oversee the maintenance and repair of heavy goods vehicles, diagnose and rectify complex mechanical and electrical faults, prepare vehicles for MOT tests and customer presentations, provide roadside assistance and breakdown services, and lead a team of technicians.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of technicians
Compensation Package:
  • Competitive salary: £47,000 - £50,000 per annum, based on experience and skill set
  • Flexible working hours (Monday to Friday, 45 hours per week)
  • 20 days annual leave + 8 bank holidays (pro rata for the first year), increasing with service
Salary Estimate:

An estimated salary range of £47,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
