We are seeking a highly skilled Mobile Service Technician to join our team at Integral UK Ltd. As a Mobile Service Technician, you will be responsible for carrying out planned and reactive maintenance tasks in accordance with our company's PPM and task schedules.
Main Responsibilities- Carry out planned and reactive maintenance tasks in a quality, professional manner.
- Undertake PPM activity in a quality, professional manner.
- Produce technical and situational reports as required.
- Proactively use technology systems to ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
- Communicate clearly and effectively with the team and clients.
- Write activity reports in line with company procedures accurately and timely.
- Assist the management team in producing quotations by providing accurate and good quality information.
- Attend team meetings and briefings as requested.
- Provide accurate time sheet information weekly and on time.
- Ensure the company is presented in a good light.
- Escalate any major site issues or incidents to the line manager as soon as possible.
- Manage Integral sub-contractors while working on site.
- Undertake reactive maintenance works as directed by the Help Desk and/or management team.
- Health and Safety awareness is necessary.
- Full UK driving license.
- Experience with similar electrical and maintenance duties, including fault diagnosis.
- Experience in the electrical and mechanical aspects of general building PPM schedules.
- Previous experience of working within a team.
- City and Guilds or equivalent.
- Knowledge and use of computer software - Building Management System (BMS).
- Pro-active in achieving the highest standard of operation - must be enthusiastic to deliver a good service to the customer.
- Well-presented and approachable manner / Reliable and conscientious.
- Confidence and commitment to providing a high quality, professional service.
- Ability to develop a good understanding of the customers' business requirements.
- Good written and verbal communication skills & Ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Adaptable and flexible in approach to work required.
- Effective problem-solving skills.
