About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Studio Co-ordinator to join our administrative team in Bristol. As a key member of our team, you will provide essential support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations, working closely with design teams and collaborating with departments such as Finance, HR, IT, and Marketing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage studio scheduling and operations, including project and HR-related queries
  • Book travel and accommodation, prepare invoices, and schedule meetings
  • Support the team on various ad hoc tasks, including building maintenance and Health & Safety responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support across multiple projects, using Microsoft Office and ideally project accounting or CRM software

Requirements

  • Proactive with strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise and own tasks
  • Approachable, with excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Detail-oriented and methodical in their approach
  • Competent in using Microsoft Office and ideally experienced with project accounting or CRM software
