About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Vehicle Painter to join our team at Pybus Recruitment Ltd. As a key member of our Accident Repair / Bodyshop team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional results in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate our spraybooth to achieve high-quality finishes
  • Ensure vehicles are properly masked and prepared for painting
  • Mix and match colours to achieve precise matches
  • Inspect painted jobs to ensure they meet our high standards
  • Carry out high-volume repairs to BSI PAS 10125 standards
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need to be a highly skilled painter with a strong attention to detail and a commitment to excellence. You must be able to:

  • Plan your workload effectively to meet deadlines
  • Work skillfully and safely under pressure
  • Carry out work in accordance with manufacturer specifications
  • Work as part of a team and on your own initiative with minimal supervision
  • Be flexible in your approach and adapt to changing circumstances
  • Continually work to high standards with customer satisfaction in mind
