Responsibilities
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 10 recruiters, fostering a collaborative and goal-oriented environment.
  • Develop and oversee job advertisement strategies to attract top healthcare talent.
  • Ensure all candidates experience a seamless, respectful, and engaging recruitment process.
  • Align recruitment strategies with Cavalry Healthcare's mission and growth objectives.
