About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Configuration Manager to join our team at SEGULA Technologies.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Managing the replication and configuration processes across the project for the Client and the Nuclear Service Agreement.
  • Ensuring a proper control of the Client baseline, from requirement to the physical product, passing by design, inherited and replicated from the original design, and modified to comply with new Client site specific conditions or changes within the supply chain.
  • Producing and/or updating Configuration and Replication procedures applicable to the Client, at a project wide level.
  • Creation/update of training material and delivery of training sessions.
  • Establishment, production, and assessment of KPIs/metrics.
  • Production of status accounting reports.
  • Production of self-assessments (to review whether process is being followed and if it's efficient).

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Technical Integration and/or Configuration Management experience.
  • Good stakeholder management skills.
  • Organisational skills, capability to meet commitments and deadlines.
  • Leadership, pro-activeness.
  • Communication & interpersonal skills.

Desirable Qualifications

The following qualifications are desirable:

  • Experience in the nuclear industry.
  • Knowledge and understanding of EPR engineering design sequences and interfaces.

Additional Information

The role is based in Bristol and will involve working 3 days per week in a hybrid arrangement.
