Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Auditorium, Meeting Room, Boardroom & Conference Solutions Sales Executive to join our London-based team.

As an Auditorium, Meeting Room, Boardroom & Conference Solutions Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth across our existing customer base, while also identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.

This role is ideal for an individual with a strong background in audio visual solutions, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development
    • Develop and execute account plans to increase revenue, manage compliance, profitability, and revenue channel development.
    • Collaborate with operations and engineering product teams to deliver immediate and long-term profitable revenues.
    • Qualify and quantify customers' holistic needs in AV, event technology, production, creative, digital, and all technical event needs.
    • Create and execute plans to further penetrate accounts, including building contact surface, securing customer appointments, and executing sales calls, customer business reviews, and strategic action plans.
    • Understand industry trends, establish credibility, rapport, and opportunities to engage customers.
    • Ensure each account shows consistent progress, moving from vendor status through desired role of trusted advisor and up the buy/sell hierarchy.
    • Attend industry events to obtain information shared with the wider company to support sales goals.

Operational and Technical Support

  • Communicate technical needs effectively to clients and internal partners.
  • Review quotes to ensure compliance with our client's policies.
  • Understand product offerings and servicing divisions, communicate customers' needs cross-functionally.
  • Partner closely with operations and production team members as part of a client services team to maximise client satisfaction, ensure quality event delivery, and event profitability.
Estimated Salary

The estimated annual salary for this role is approximately £55,000.

Requirements
  • Qualifications
    • A minimum 3-5 years successful sales and business development experience in AV, UC, Events, or a related industry.
    • Excellent customer service skills.
    • Ability to create and execute strategic customised account plans.
    • Experience networking targeted customers at industry events.
    • Experience using CRM software.
    • Strong focus on achieving financial targets.
    • Strong written and oral communication skills.
    • Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
    • In-depth understanding of the modern workspace, AV, and UC collaboration industry.
    • Previous experience selling related technical solutions and services into Corporate, Enterprise, and Government, both direct and through Partners.
