Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Libertatem Healthcare Group. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to individuals with brain injuries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Community Access: Assist clients in accessing the community, promoting independence and social interaction.
  • Personal Care: Provide support with personal care needs, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Driving and Transportation: Drive clients' vehicles, ensuring safe and reliable transportation.
  • Hydration and Nutrition: Assist with hydration and nutritional tasks, promoting healthy eating habits.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in complex care, is essential.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Compassion and Empathy: A compassionate, patient, and empathetic nature is essential for providing high-quality care and support.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work independently and as part of a team, promoting a collaborative and supportive work environment.
  • Flexibility: Flexibility to work the specified hours, including Monday to Friday, 10am to 2pm.
  • Driving License: A valid driving license and use of own car are required.
