Job Title: Motor Vehicle Sales Executive

About the Opportunity:
This exciting opportunity has arisen for a sales executive to join our client's team in Southeast London. As a key member of the sales team, you will be responsible for achieving sales targets and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly targets
  2. Build strong relationships with customers to understand their vehicle needs
  3. Maximize finance and product sales to drive additional revenue
  4. Ensure exceptional customer service throughout the sales process

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in sales within the automotive industry
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Results-driven, with a strong desire to exceed sales targets
  • Availability to work weekends on a rota basis

Salary and Benefits:
  1. Basic Salary: £22,000 per annum, plus holiday pay
  2. Company Car and Fuel Allowance: Coverage from home to work
  3. OTE: £60,000+ based on achieving 180 car sales annually with strong finance and product sales
