Job Description:

A highly motivated and ambitious Solicitor is sought to join the team at Premier Recruitment Group Limited. This exciting opportunity allows the selected candidate to play a key role in the development of the Wills & Estate Planning department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a diverse caseload, including Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs), Trusts, and Court of Protection work.
  • Collaborate with financial advisers, wealth managers, tax advisers, and other professionals to provide comprehensive services to clients.
  • Work closely with other teams within the firm to facilitate cross-referrals and support departmental growth.
  • Support Partners in the department while managing own files and matters.
Requirements:
  • 3-6 years post-qualification experience (PQE).
  • Experience in trust work is preferred but not essential.
  • Strong networking skills to build and expand your client base.
  • Excellent communication skills for liaising with professionals and clients.
