Plumbing and Drainage Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Plumbing and Drainage Technician to join our team at PDA Search and Selection Ltd.
Job SummaryThe successful candidate will be responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks, including clearing drains and checking water flow, as well as recommending suitable replacement equipment where necessary.
Key Responsibilities- Carry out routine maintenance tasks, including clearing drains and checking water flow
- Recommend suitable replacement equipment where necessary
- Comply with company Health and Safety Policy and ensure all stores adhere to water/effluent/environmental byelaws
- Complete all mandatory online training modules to keep knowledge current
- Respond promptly and positively to service call requests from the Helpdesk
- Prior experience in either Plumbing or Drainage is essential
- Hold a relevant qualification, such as NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing & Heating systems/Drainage or a time-served apprenticeship with the appropriate City and Guilds qualification
- Desirable skills and qualifications include working in confined spaces and water jetting
- 33 Days Holiday (including 8 Bank Holidays)
- In-house and external training opportunities
- Death in Service
