Job Description

Artemis Recruitment Consultants Ltd is seeking a highly skilled IFA Administrator to join their team. This role involves working closely with Team Leaders and Paraplanners to ensure the efficient management of client relationships.

The successful candidate will have previous experience in Intelligent Office (IO) and a strong customer service ethos. They will be responsible for maintaining accurate client records, generating reports, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to develop their skills and knowledge in investment administration. The ideal candidate will be able to prioritize tasks effectively, work collaboratively as part of a team, and maintain high levels of attention to detail.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining client records in Intelligent Office, including personal and investment details
  • Generating client reports using agreed templates
  • Ensuring timely creation and update of accurate client records
  • Supporting Team Leaders and Paraplanners in utilising other toolsets to provide data for client identification, risk profiling, and lifestyle planning

In return, we offer a competitive salary of £25,000-£30,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits.
