Essential Skills and Experience:

  • Experience in a service desk environment with a focus on SLAs,
  • Ability to build strong relationships with clients,
  • Proficient troubleshooting capabilities in IT,
  • Strong communication skills,
  • Familiarity with ITIL frameworks,
  • Experience in user support roles.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • ITIL Foundation V4 certification or in progress.

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
