Job Title: EMEA Marketing Program Specialist

Instructure is a global leader in the education technology sector, serving millions of teachers and students worldwide. Our company values openness and collaboration, which is reflected in our extensive partnerships with over 900 education technology companies.

As a Regional Marketing Program Specialist for EMEA, you will be a versatile professional with a broad range of responsibilities. Your tasks will include executing email programs, setting up booths at conferences, and working with local Sales teams and the extended Marketing team in the US. You will need to be highly organized and able to juggle multiple projects and timelines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales and partner marketing strategies
  • Collaborate with in-region partners for campaign execution
  • Product marketing and content creation
  • Sales enablement and product release notes
  • Event planning and coordination
  • Lead collection and data entry into Salesforce
  • Demand generation campaigns
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in a similar marketing role
  • Exceptional attention to detail and project management skills
  • Expertise in Marketo and Salesforce
  • Ability to travel for events (approximately 25% travel)
  • Experience with marketing tools and EdTech industry knowledge
