The successful candidates will be involved in a variety of exciting projects, working with clients around the world to build and manage client relationships, and maintain high standards in a client-facing role. They will also have the opportunity to work on fast-paced projects with a direct operational impact on Air travel, requiring a careful eye for detail and robust working practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Processing and analysis of large operational datasets to inform business decisions
- Conducting Operational Research to identify areas for improvement
- Presenting findings to clients, both technical and non-technical audiences
- Supporting the development of future concepts to improve airport operations
- Contributing to the development of evidence for the safety assurance of approach tool support
Required Skills:
- A numerate degree with a strong understanding of mathematical fundamentals, including linear algebra, basic statistics, and probability
- Experience using analytical tools, including Excel, R, and SQL
- Excellent attention to detail and a strong desire to understand the fundamentals of the concept or tool being developed
- The ability to understand a client's current operations, model them using state-of-the-art software, and build future scenarios to demonstrate where performance can be improved
- Excellent report writing and communication skills
