About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Am Porter to join our team at Meliá Hotels International S.A. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences while maintaining a safe and healthy work environment. Key responsibilities include handling guest complaints, planning department operations, and ensuring compliance with hotel policies and procedures.

Job Description:

This role involves:
  • Ensuring exceptional guest experiences while maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Handling guest and customer complaints with precision and professionalism.
  • Participating in department's Fire Training and Practices.
  • Ensuring familiarity with Hotel's Disciplinary and Grievance Policies and Procedures, and the Code of Conduct.
  • Planning, organizing, and monitoring day-to-day department operations aligning with Hotel's strategies.


Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need:
  • Driving license
  • Ability to stand for long periods
  • Passion for hospitality
  • Knowledge of London
