Project Development Role:

We are seeking an experienced Building Information Modeller to join our team at Anderselite. As a key member of our architectural services team, you will be responsible for developing projects from planning and working drawing stages through to completion.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, with experience in client liaison and project management. You will work closely with clients, consultants, and contractors to deliver high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with clients and stakeholders to understand project requirements
  • Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets
  • Coordinate with design teams to ensure seamless project delivery
  • Create 3D models and develop 2D drawings and detail drawings
  • Attend project meetings and ensure compliance with standards and best practices
  • Interpret briefs, develop concepts, and prepare feasibility studies
  • Compile reports and present findings to clients and stakeholders
  • Liaise with other consultants and contractors to ensure smooth project delivery
  • Stay up-to-date with building legislation, health and safety regulations, and CDM guidelines

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in architectural services or related field
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality projects on time and budget
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Experience with BIM software and technologies
