In our residential care homes, our staff play a crucial role in creating a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment for our residents. As a Housekeeping Assistant, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and hygienic space, ensuring that our care homes are free from harm, and our residents feel at ease.

You will need excellent time management and organisational skills to effectively manage your workload. Additionally, you must have a positive attitude and excellent communication skills to interact with our residents and colleagues.

Safeguarding is everyone's responsibility, and it is essential that you can recognise signs of possible abuse or neglect and know how to report concerns. You will also receive training to help you identify potential issues and provide support to our residents.
