Job Title: Purchase and Expense Invoicing Specialist

Are you an organised and detail-oriented individual with experience in financial processing? We are seeking a highly skilled Purchase and Expense Invoicing Specialist to join our team at Agility Resoucing. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Microsoft Windows packages and excellent analytical skills.

Responsibilities:
  • Process purchase and expense invoices in a timely manner.
  • Reconcile bank and supplier statements to ensure accuracy.
  • Produce data for sustainability certification.

Requirements:
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows packages.
  • High competence in analysis and problem solving.
  • Ability to work to deadlines and prioritise tasks.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • 1+ year experience of working in industry in a retail/warehouse/distribution environment.

Benefits:
  • Competitive salary of £25,250-£27,000 dependent on experience (Pro-rated).
  • 22 days holiday per year plus bank holidays, increasing to 1 extra day per year after every 5 years of service.
