We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Surgery Administrator to join our team at East Hill Surgery. As a key member of our administration team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our clinicians and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the practice.
Main Duties
- Provide administrative support to our clinicians, including managing patient registrations, deductions, and amendments.
- Manage the clinical system, including coding, IIF, and QoF.
- Assist with the validation of patient information and perform quality audits.
- Manage workflow manager and weekly, monthly recalls.
- Manage scanning, coding, and filing of documents in a timely manner.
