Main Duties

  • Provide administrative support to our clinicians, including managing patient registrations, deductions, and amendments.
  • Manage the clinical system, including coding, IIF, and QoF.
  • Assist with the validation of patient information and perform quality audits.
  • Manage workflow manager and weekly, monthly recalls.
  • Manage scanning, coding, and filing of documents in a timely manner.
