Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Cyber Security Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with clients to understand their needs and apply your knowledge of security design, implementation patterns, and security concepts to deliver effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead client engagements as a subject matter expert in Cyber Security
  • Identify, understand, and communicate risks to stakeholders
  • Adapt industry best practices to design solutions that pragmatically solve cyber security problems
  • Ensure security principles are applied during design and development to reduce risk
  • Develop and communicate corporate information security policy, standards, and guidelines
  • Obtain and act on vulnerability information, conduct security risk assessments, business impact analysis, and accreditation on complex information systems, and recommend appropriate control improvements
  • Develop new architectures that mitigate the risks posed by new technologies and business practices, alongside documentation of logical designs, High-Level Designs (HLDs), and Low-Level Designs (LLDs)
  • Deliver high-quality work to agreed timelines and take the initiative to jump straight in
  • Support and grow Daintta by actively inputting into the company strategy and helping to shape our future
Requirements
  • Hold a degree-level qualification and extensive industry experience in Cyber Security
  • Have experience implementing controls and policies on differing information schemas
  • Have experience leading teams, projects, and security forums or working groups
  • Have worked in client delivery across a range of projects and have experience in various cyber technologies
  • Have demonstrable continuous personal development with relevant certifications or accreditations
Working Arrangements

This is a hybrid role, with 2-3 days working from Daintta's office (London/Cheltenham) or on client site as required.
