Mechanical Assembler Role at HOLT ENGINEERING RECRUITMENT LIMITED

We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Assembler to join our team at HOLT ENGINEERING RECRUITMENT LIMITED. The successful candidate will be responsible for assembling complex defence components with precision and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Read and interpret mechanical drawings and schematics to understand assembly requirements
  • Assemble complex defence components using hand and power tools
  • Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications
  • Collaborate with team members to optimize assembly processes and procedures
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in mechanical assembly, particularly in the defence industry
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting mechanical drawings and schematics
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision
  • Ability to use a variety of hand and power tools
  • Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures in a manufacturing environment
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills

Day-to-Day Activities:

  • Collaborating with team members to complete complex assembly tasks
  • Reading and interpreting mechanical drawings and schematics
  • Using hand and power tools to assemble defense components
  • Inspecting finished products for quality and accuracy
  • Maintaining a clean and organized work environment
