About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Team Lead to join our team at Get Laid Beds. As a key member of our Customer Service team, you will be responsible for leading a team of Customer Service Administrators and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of Customer Service Administrators and provide guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service delivery.
  • Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures to ensure consistency and quality.
  • Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing coaching and feedback to improve performance and ensure high-quality customer interactions.
  • Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in an office or administrative supervisory role.
  • Strong knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
  • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in using computer systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to assist and guide a team effectively.
  • Strong organisational and clerical skills.
