About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our Live-in Care team as a Caregiver. As a Caregiver, you will provide high-quality care and support to our clients in their own homes, enabling them to maintain their independence and quality of life.

Main Responsibilities

  • Assist with personal care needs, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Prepare and cook meals, as well as assist with feeding
  • Prompt and administer medication as required
  • Provide safe moving and handling of clients
  • Perform light household duties, including cleaning and laundry
  • Offer companionship and social interaction
  • Accompany clients on outings and appointments
  • Monitor and report on client's health and well-being

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year's experience in live-in care, domiciliary care, social care, or healthcare setting
  • Good communication skills, fluent in verbal and written English
  • Dedicated and reliable individual with a genuine desire to care for others
  • Empathetic, patient, and positive person with a proactive approach to caring
  • Ability to adapt to various living environments and locations
  • Good level of stamina and fitness to meet the physical demands of the job
  • Willingness to seek guidance when needed and follow instructions
