Join Our Team as an Area Manager

We're on a mission to drive the global renewable energy revolution, and we're looking for a highly motivated and experienced Area Manager to lead our team of engineers in delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and inspire a team of engineers to deliver outstanding customer service and quality installations.
  • Collaborate with our Talent Team to build and develop a high-performing team.
  • Design and implement processes to ensure engineers have the skills, support, and equipment needed to excel.
  • Coach and develop engineers to contribute to our zero-carbon journey and drive efficiency improvements.
  • Work with Operations Managers to execute business strategy and drive strong performance and customer service.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience leading and inspiring teams in operational or engineering roles to deliver top-tier customer service.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to deliver quickly in a fast-paced, lean environment.
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure, with excellent organizational skills and resilience.
  • Excellent people skills, attention to detail, and creative thinking.
  • Willingness to travel to support engineers, attend training sessions, and meet with customers, partners, and suppliers.
