Uxbridge Finance Team Assistant

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Office Administrator to join our credit control team in Uxbridge. The successful candidate will have previous financial administration experience and excellent communication skills.
The role involves reviewing daily queries, opening new accounts, and assisting in the raising of credit notes. You will work closely with the credit control team to ensure all queries are resolved quickly and accurately.
Responsibilities and Requirements
- Reviewing and clearing daily queries sent to a centralised Administration inbox
- Opening new accounts on internal systems (Workday)
- Actioning and assisting in the raising of credit notes, amending/chasing POs (purchase orders)
- Supporting the Credit Control team as needed
- A minimum of 12 months of experience in a commercial office environment
- Administration experience gained within a finance department
- Basic knowledge of credit control and raising of invoices/credit notes an advantage
- Proficient in Office applications, especially Excel
