About the Role

As a Site Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of our construction projects. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Supervising and coordinating the work of site engineers, chainpersons, and other team members.
  • Monitoring the site to ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
  • Collaborating with clients, designers, and other stakeholders to ensure that project requirements are met.
  • Developing and implementing setting-out methods and techniques to ensure accurate and efficient construction.
  • Preparing and maintaining records of resources, materials, and labor.
  • Ensuring that inspection and test plans are completed and digitally recorded.
  • Preparing weekly programs and monitoring progress to ensure timely completion of projects.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • Experience in site engineering, preferably in a construction company.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • A strong understanding of safety and environmental regulations.
  • Proficiency in setting-out methods and techniques.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
