Job Title: Compliance Monitoring Manager

Northern Trust, a leading global financial institution, is seeking a highly skilled Compliance Monitoring Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Risk and Regulatory Management Office, you will play a critical role in ensuring the effective implementation of our compliance framework.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical oversight and direction for the EMEA Transfer Agency business investor AML model.
  • Design and operate a robust regulatory oversight framework, including monitoring activities, review and challenge processes, and key risk identification and management.
  • Support Northern Trust's 2LOD and 3LOD Audit Services, Risk reviews, and Compliance monitoring reviews.
  • Participate in the setting of strategic objectives across the GFS Global Risk & Regulatory Management.
Requirements:
  • Significant experience in asset servicing and/or asset management, with extensive understanding of key AML / AFC regulatory obligations of fund services businesses.
  • Experience managing and influencing senior exec stakeholders and business unit owners.
  • Highly flexible and adaptable to change, self-starter.
  • Demonstrated leadership, planning, and organizational skills.
