Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager to join our team, responsible for selling a high-quality range of roofing and building products to key accounts in the Midlands and North West regions. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned sales professional to take their career to the next level and make a significant impact on our business.

Main Responsibilities:
- Sell a diverse portfolio of roofing and building products to key customers, including builders merchants and national buying groups
- Manage and develop relationships with existing customers to drive repeat business and expand market share
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of customer service and support

Essential Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years' experience in sales, preferably within the construction or roofing industry
- Proven track record of success in sales, with a strong understanding of the UK market
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically

Benefits:
The estimated salary for this role is £40,000+ with a 10% bonus structure. Additionally, the company offers a comprehensive benefits package, including a plug-in hybrid company car.
