Your primary focus will be on working closely with our Independent Compliance Risk Management (ICRM) team to design and deliver a risk management framework that maintains risk levels within the firm's risk appetite and protects the franchise. Key responsibilities include:

  • Executing initiatives that support timely and effective completion of Compliance transformation milestones
  • Operating day-to-day activities of Compliance risk management programs
  • Participating in the design, development, delivery, and maintenance of best-in-class Compliance programs, policies, and practices for ICRM
  • Analyzing complex comparative data, preparing and presenting regional and global reports related to compliance risk assessments, and monitoring of compliance-related issues

To excel in this role, you will need to possess a deep understanding of Compliance laws, rules, regulations, risks, and typologies, as well as excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with people at all levels of the organization. We offer a highly competitive salary of approximately $140,000 per year, plus benefits, including a generous holiday allowance, private medical insurance packages, employee assistance program, pension plan, paid parental leave, special discounts for employees, family, and friends, and access to an array of learning and development resources.
