**Job Title:** Risk Management Specialist

**Job Summary:** We are seeking a highly skilled Risk Management Specialist to join our team at International Achievers Group. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing assigned translation and localization projects, as well as developing and executing diverse initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end translation and localization projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Proactively assess project risks and potential issues, resolving and closing identified gaps before they arise.
  • Develop and implement effective solutions to manage project risks and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Manage a large number of suppliers, ensuring project resources maintain a high level of quality, professionalism, and ethical standards.
  • Ensure all client projects are delivered on or before deadlines agreed with clients.
  • Provide daily updates on project progress to clients and stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Project Management experience in the translation or multi-lingual multi-media industry.
  • Client relationship, engagement, and management experience, with a proven track record of managing higher-value contracts and clients.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and team members.
  • Ability to manage competing demands, key milestones, and projects on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis for a range of clients.

Education and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree (required).
  • Project Management certification (required).
  • Language proficiency in English (required).

Working Conditions:

  • Hybrid working model, with a mix of remote and office work.
  • Significant international travel may be required.
