Job Title: Electrical Maintenance Engineer

ABM UK is seeking an experienced Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join our team. As an Electrical Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for carrying out electrical maintenance and repairs on site, ensuring the safety and efficiency of our operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Carry out electrical maintenance and repairs on site, including Quoted Works, PPMs, and Reactive Repairs.
  • Conduct proactive inspections and complete remedial repairs as required.
  • Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and meets the required quality and safety standards.
  • Work closely with the Quoted Works Manager and clients to ensure deadlines are met and progress is communicated.
  • Respond promptly to all work requests and escalate unresolved issues to the On Call Manager.
  • Ensure all Planned Preventative Maintenance is carried out in line with task schedules and industry best practices.
  • Responsible for ordering all required parts for reactive jobs via the help desk.
  • Maintain a safe and healthy working environment and promote a positive safety culture.
  • Establish and maintain good working relationships with clients and ABM employees.
Requirements:
  • Clean and current driving licence.
  • 17th /18th Edition Electrical.
  • City and Guilds NVQ3 (or Equivalent).
  • Testing & Inspection C&G 2391, 2394/5.
  • Asbestos Awareness.
  • Approved Persons, desirable.
  • PASMA As Required.
  • IPAF- As Required.
