Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure that every customer is approached and assisted in a friendly and professional manner.
- Support the implementation of seasonal campaigns and ensure that the shop floor and back of house areas remain at a high standard at all times.
- Adhere to data protection protocols and maintain the confidentiality of customer information.
- Perform any other duties as may reasonably be required and that fall within the scope and range of the job.
We offer a competitive rate of pay, ranging from £11.05 to £13+ per hour, depending on the role and activation. We also offer flexible working hours, allowing you to choose the days that suit you best. Additionally, our Brand Ambassadors receive training on various brands and categories, and we offer a range of benefits, including holiday pay, staff discount on luxury products, incentives, and recognition.
