Newcastle upon Tyne, Newcastle upon Tyne, United Kingdom YourCode Recruitment Full time

Estimated salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum.

We are excited to partner with the Scientistic/AI Software Company, a renowned developer of software solutions for renewable energy. This collaboration has led to the creation of an opportunity for a talented Manual Test Engineer to join their team and contribute to the development of groundbreaking 3D Visualisation Software technologies.

This role presents a chance to work on real-world problems, addressing significant challenges in the industry. You will have hands-on experience with both legacy and greenfield projects, with opportunities to develop the Automation Testing Function and grow professionally. Your primary focus will be on manual testing, but you will also have the chance to develop automation testing skills and take ownership of code quality.

The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years' experience in a Manual QA/Testing role within an Agile setting. Proficiency in programming languages such as C++, C#, or Python is essential, along with experience in Agile working with SCRUM, TDD, and BDD principles. User Acceptance Testing experience, including collecting, analyzing, and presenting UAT results, is highly valued. While experience with 3D Visualisation Software and Ranorex is desirable, it is not required.
