We offer an excellent opportunity for experienced educators or those new to the field to work as a Cover Supervisor. In this role, you will provide critical support to teachers, helping to create a positive and inclusive learning environment for students with diverse needs.

Key Expectations:
  • Supervise and manage classes during teacher absences, implementing engaging activities and monitoring student progress
  • Maintain a safe and organized classroom, adhering to school policies and procedures
  • Work collaboratively with teachers to develop and implement lesson plans, catering to different subject areas and class dynamics
  • Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues to ensure student success and well-being
  • Contribute to a positive school culture, promoting a supportive and inclusive learning environment

Salary: £100-£160 per day
